Shipping policy

We are by no means exclusive and welcome any order, great or small.

Delivery is usually made within 24 – 48 hours throughout Switzerland if the order is received by 2.00 p.m (excluding public holidays and weekends) for orders made between Monday and Thursday.

The parcels are delivered always only by express post in special thermal boxes with ice packs inside for proper conservation. You will receive a personal email from us with delivery notes.

The goods must be placed in a refrigerator at a temperature of -2 to +4 degrees centigrade immediately upon receipt.
