Royal Osetra Caviar / Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii

Royal Osetra is our most exclusive and largest caviar. Firm, platinum-hued caviar pearls which present a delicate buttery flavour mostly resembling Beluga caviar. It is produced from the most sought-after and elegant of Osetra. Each season there exist only a few unique Osetra which yields caviar of such truly special caliber that they may qualify for the grade of “Royal”.
